TERMS AND CONDITION




IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION

cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by our company's reservation personnel to avoid any misunderstanding. Cancellation notice must be reach us within period :-
1.Should cancellation made seven(7) days prior to a half / full day / excursion trip,a 50% of the total tour prices would be charged.
2.Should cancellation made two(2) days prior to a multiday trip , a 75% of the total tour prices would be charged
3.No refunds will be given (or full payment will be charged) for cancellation made within 24 hours to the confirmed booking,scheduled or prearranged tour (no-show).
4.Should we make the cancellation (s) we will give a full refund.



REFUND

No refund can be made in respect of accommodation,meals,transportation or any other services that are included in the tour fare but not utilized.


PAYMENT TERMS

1.Full payment will be required for all bookings at least one day before the tour start or collected upon pick up.
2.Deadline / Cut-of-Date for full payment will be guided and advice upon our written confirmation of bookings.
3.All rates quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.Payment must be made either in cash, cheque,online banking transfer and Telegraphic Transaction (TT);and made payable:

5.Payment dateline will eb advice upon confirmation.Any late payment made after the dateline time given interest charges of 1.5% from outstanding amount will be imposed.
Note: Please fax/email the payment/remittance slip in order us to issue the original receipt.
